Careers

We are a compact specialist team, and we would rather train someone carefully than hire in a hurry. The trainee positions below reflect the work we actually do for clients: WordPress SEO campaigns, technical auditing, WooCommerce, Core Web Vitals, off-page work and local search.

No previous agency experience is required for any of these roles. What matters more is curiosity, careful attention to detail and a willingness to explain your reasoning in plain language. You will work alongside experienced colleagues rather than being left to guess, and you will see how recommendations connect to a client's commercial results.

Trainee SEO Executive

You would support full WordPress SEO campaigns, helping with keyword research, on-page improvements, internal linking and reporting on how landing pages perform over time.

This suits someone organised and analytical who enjoys getting to the bottom of a problem, and who wants to understand how the technical, content and authority sides of a campaign fit together.

Trainee Technical SEO Analyst

You would help run technical audits of WordPress websites, checking how pages are crawled and indexed, reviewing site architecture and templates, and assisting with Core Web Vitals and page speed work.

This suits someone comfortable with how websites are built, or a junior developer who wants to move towards search. An interest in HTML, page performance and tracing a fault back to its cause matters more than a formal qualification.

Trainee Content Writer

You would write and improve service, location and supporting pages so they answer what people are actually searching for, and help keep existing content accurate and useful.

This suits a careful writer who can research an unfamiliar subject, write clearly without padding and take editorial feedback well. Technical knowledge can be learned on the job.

Trainee Outreach Assistant

You would support off-page campaigns, including digital PR, outreach, partnerships and citations, with a focus on earning relevant mentions rather than chasing low-quality links.

This suits someone personable and well organised who is comfortable researching publications, writing a good approach email and keeping track of ongoing conversations.

Trainee Ecommerce SEO Assistant

You would help with WooCommerce projects, working on category and product page visibility, cleaner store architecture and the changes that turn organic traffic into orders.

This suits someone interested in online retail who likes working with structured data and product catalogues, and who is patient enough to work through a large store methodically.

Trainee Local SEO Assistant

You would support local visibility work across the London boroughs we serve, including Google Business Profile activity, local landing pages, citations and location-led keyword research.

This suits someone with an eye for consistency and detail, who understands that small differences between one area and the next can change what a campaign needs.

How to apply

We welcome applications on an ongoing basis. If one of these roles sounds like a good fit, please email your CV to [email protected], telling us which position interests you and a little about why. If you are not sure which role suits you best, write to us anyway and say what you enjoy doing.

We read every application and will reply either way.
